My vehicle needed to have the back moonroof latch repaired. The quote for the work was very close to the one from another GMC Buick dealership. I was provided with a transportation service while the repair was made. The total wait time was about 3 hrs

I appreciated the experience and customer service from Wagner Harrigan. Honest and willing to negotiate an out the door price without discounts being tied to mandatory financing with an inflated interest rate. He took the time to find me the right vehicle without pushing me to buy something I didn't want. No unwanted products being forced on me during the payment process with the finance manage was also appreciated.

Easy to make an appointment, service done within an hour. Express lube wasn���t easy to find especially if you are used to going to the main service bay. Waiting area no where near as nice as main service waiting area.

Brought my vehicle in to fix a bad rattle. After four days in the service department I was told it was a spare tire issue. Rattle still exists worse than ever and now must wait six weeks to get back in to service. This is the second new car I bought from Henry Brown in less than two years and will probably be the last. Too bad, but Service Department is too busy to look after its customers.

Excellent no BS negotiation on price and gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade, but the brand new car we purchased has a tail light out which is requiring replacement, so we still don't have our new vehicle. Their technicians are too afraid to R/I the light, so they're having to sub out to their body shop, which will take who knows how long. All this despite me notifying them there is a technical bulletin to attempt to address this issue with the least invasive approach, which is to pull a fuse for a few mins and let it reset. I just want my new car.
