Took Yukon in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told since I had no appointment it could take up to 2hrs which expected. But I was pleasantly surprised when I got a phone call 1hr. Later that it was all done. Thanks for the quick service. I will be back.

I bought the 2025 Envision late on Sunday, and because the gas pumps and detailing department were closed, I had to return after work on Monday. My sales rep (Wagner) was to have it washed and filled with a gas tank. His customer service skills were less than desirable. I waited for over an hour and a half without knowing when my vehicle would be ready. Finally, another gentleman offered (Joe) helped me out. I felt undervalued and was not treated as a new customer. My experience was very disappointing. When you seal the deal, you're on your own. I could go on, but I will leave this with you here. I will also be leaving reviews on Google and Yelp.

3rd service without dealer checking air pressure. Last time I mentioned it and they said ���they forgot���. What does this multi point inspection do? You would think with a tire rotation this would be a critical step. Very disappointed especially since I had a long drive after. Maybe these ���kids��� don���t care in the new lube center off of the main service location. Sub-par customer service as well. It seems that when the oil and lube was on the main service drive the pro service reps cared much more.
