Scott Usher has been my "Service Representative" for a number of years. He's been very tentative to the up keep of our 2011 Buick Enclave. I can't ask much more than that! He recommends what needs to be done in order to keep our Enclave in up to date condition.

All was good until I was told by the salesperson Rigo that I had to purchase an app that is $700 called Ikon that I didn't want or need. It does nothing more than the myGMC app that is free. At that point I was so passed off by being forced to spend $700 on a useless app just so I could complete my purchase. All I wanted to do at that point was get out of there as quickly as possible with my new vehicle and then never go back to Henry Brown dealership again. Also will tell friends and family that they scam you with this "forced" add on purchase that is not worth anywhere close to $700 in value. I am very upset about this. I feel cheated.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service department greeted me immediately when I pulled up. I was a waiter and sat in the clean and comfortable waiting area. My vehicle was ready in about 45 minutes. I couldn't have been happier.
