Excellent no BS negotiation on price and gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade, but the brand new car we purchased has a tail light out which is requiring replacement, so we still don't have our new vehicle. Their technicians are too afraid to R/I the light, so they're having to sub out to their body shop, which will take who knows how long. All this despite me notifying them there is a technical bulletin to attempt to address this issue with the least invasive approach, which is to pull a fuse for a few mins and let it reset. I just want my new car.
