Confirmed Service Customer
Brought my vehicle in to fix a bad rattle. After four days in the service department I was told it was a spare tire issue. Rattle still exists worse than ever and now must wait six weeks to get back in to service. This is the second new car I bought from Henry Brown in less than two years and will probably be the last. Too bad, but Service Department is too busy to look after its customers.
