I arrived 10 minutes late, so my fault. But as I arrived late. I noticed that my service agent arrived at the same time. The gentlemen that help as I drove up told he she was on a call with a customer and she would be out to help as soon as she was done. which took another 15 minutes. If someone was just entering the work place it should, you should not tell customer she was on the phone when she walks past you. Doesn't look very good. So she checks in my Yukon. Tells me it will take an hour to 1 hour 30 minutes give or take. The time 11:30ish. By the time I leave the service commercial fleet its 2:25pm. I took long then the time given. Customer arrived after me left before me. So this service was not the best. Was this because I arrived 10 minutes late. I had arrived late I forgot my business cell and had to go back home to get it. Which I call to inform I was running late. It would be 10 minutes. If you are running behind and you know that we are waiting inform the customer, just like if we need filters. Its that simple.

Tires were not rotated, even thou it was stated as completed on work order. How could tech measure brake pad life as stated on work order? Very disappointing after waiting 2 hours on Friday afternoon. Now I have to drive 20 each way to come back and have tires rotated.

The day turned out wonderful. I came in expecting a long drawn out process but everything went smooth and efficient. I only have one auto so I needed rides both ways to the dealer and home. The drivers were on-time and careful. I managed to get my annual maintenance completed and auto returned in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

I like having my cars serviced at Henry Brown because I'm confident in their work. I chose the fast lube last and while the service and treatment were fine It was a 2 hour wait. That's too long for a fast lube.

Rigo Rameriz did an exceptional job in quickly making a very good deal on my purchase of a 2024 GMC Canyon AT4. He quickly got me through the purchase and into finance, where I worked with Brandon Whitson. Brandon also did a commendable job in completing the financial agreement and associated paperwork. I live in north Peoria over an hour away, but it was worth the time to drive to Gilbert to buy the truck. If there is anything that I would have a suggestion to improve upon would be the extended warranty services offered. They are very expensive even with a discount. it is a bit disheartening that the long term reliability of the automobile industry is questionable such that you feel compelled to have to protect your financial investment in a car. Your dealer is not any different from any other car dealer, it is just a fact. $3500 for limited warranty policy which I equate to an additional insurance policy seems way overpriced. I didn’t have to purchase it , but in today’s computer oriented automobile, I felt like I needed that layer of protection to avoid the costly repair. I apologize for the long story, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts about the experience cost of extended warranties.
