I used the mobile service and that was fantastic. Woke up to two dead batteries in my truck and I called my service advisor who told me about Henry Browns mobile service. It didn’t cost extra and I just had to buy the two new batteries. The mobile service tech took the old ones and installed two new ones. Hands down best service!

It was fine going in When I came out someone put a sticker on my B pillar door jam about calling a number for towing You can’t just put stuff on a car without asking owners permission. I took it off now have to buy something to take the glue residue of my paint

Raul was fantastic, got my truck completed ahead of schedule before the 4 to 6 weeks as promised. However my truck was not washed as expected. The service writer on Saturday was not a very pleasant women. Thought I was invisible for almost 10 minutes while waiting in the service area. Found it curious as to why a new DPF filter needed to regen the moment the truck got up to operating temperature after leaving HB GMC. The only reason this review got got 4 stars instead of 1 was because of Raul.

My wife and I went car shopping last week. I had heard a little bit about Henry Brown Buick and decided to check them out. I had never owned a Buick before but thought it was a pretty good car from what I had seen on the TV commercials. We knew we wanted a small to mid-size car and the Buick Encore fit the bill. We looked at two of them and liked the red one. I drove it a few miles and it handled very well. I NEVER make a purchase of that amount in the same day, but I did that day. I usually sleep on it overnight or maybe several. We have had this car only a week so far but I don’t want my old car back. lol I don’t know how long Spencer has been selling cars, but I think he did an excellent job for me and for the dealership as well. He was very patient with us. Thank you Spencer.

I was in for an oil change, that went very well. Kindly asked if someone could wipe down the inside of the windshield because on the pick up date when we purchased the car they rushed it through. I was told I would need to make an appointment with Detail, or contact our Salesperson and have him handle it! We’ve purchased a couple of vehicles from Henry, and we are certainly not special people by any means……however…. REALLY??? A simple gesture like wiping the windshield down just doesn’t work for me.
