Appointment was easy to make; drop off was seamless; LOF was done very quickly; price is always on the steeper side but with a coupon and some myrewards points to offset its little, the experience went as well as one can hope.

You changed my oil, the tech did not rest the oil life on the vehicle. I had to drive back immediately to get this completed. Rather sloppy QC

Had my truck serviced Saturday Aug 17 th after they serviced it I was driving on my way home and got a low oil warning light come on when I got home I checked the engine oil level and there was no oil showing on the dipstick I called the service department and let them know at first they wanted me to drive it back to the dealership I told them I was not comfortable driving it up there so they sent a tow truck to pick it up after it got to the shop they checked everything out drained the oil and it was 3 and half quarts low they then changed the filter and refilled with the right amount of oil I told them I wanted some documentation on this so if I have engine issues later it���s documented that they did not fill the oil properly THIS WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!

My experience with Henry Brown was fantastic. Although my purchase was online, the process was quick, easy to understand. My vehicle arrived from the factory with a faulty O2 casing. Despite that setback, they were able to replace the part within reasonable time allotted due to a product shortage. The process took approximately 5 months to complete, overall I received a beautiful 2024 GMC Sierra with factory custom products and a one-of-a-kind look. I have already received numerous compliments on the vehicle and inquiries on how to get one similar to it. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the GMC Sierra regular cab standard box. It is a beautiful vehicle and I'm glad I was patient to wait for the final outcome.
