I been a customer for 12 +years. The last 2 times they run the wiper fluids and don't clean the windows. Battery was changed but cover to battery was left off between hood and windshield. I had to pull over a mile from dealership to retrieve. You guys are better than this.

The dealership is chaotic with vehicles parked everywhere. You can barely drive in and there���s no where to park. When entering the service lane, there are cars parked in both direction and it���s just a mess. The service itself took almost 4 hrs to change the oil because they said they had several people call in sick. This is why I do my own service as much as possible. They���ll sell me a car all day, but when it comes to servicing my car it���s like they don���t care at all.
