I bought the 2025 Envision late on Sunday, and because the gas pumps and detailing department were closed, I had to return after work on Monday. My sales rep (Wagner) was to have it washed and filled with a gas tank. His customer service skills were less than desirable. I waited for over an hour and a half without knowing when my vehicle would be ready. Finally, another gentleman offered (Joe) helped me out. I felt undervalued and was not treated as a new customer. My experience was very disappointing. When you seal the deal, you're on your own. I could go on, but I will leave this with you here. I will also be leaving reviews on Google and Yelp.
