Confirmed Service Customer
Upon arrival I was greeted by a service director who informed me that my reservation for service was not in the system. He told me don't worry, we'll get your coating completed. He then assigned an expeditor to take care of the coating. I waited in the customer lounge area and was pleasantly surprised to have my vehicle back in little over an hour.
