All went well with my recent visit with a couple of exceptions. The notification after the work was completed. I was asked which cell number was mine and after confirming which number to notify they sent the notification to my husbands phone who was not there with me. The other was when I made the appointment for maintenance service I had mentioned that there was an issue with the third row headrest. Then after waiting for this appointment they told me the repair to the headrest would require leaving my vehicle for a few days and they are booked out 30 days for repairs and a loaner vehicle. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
